Pharmacists in New Brunswick may enter into Collaborative Practice Agreements (CPAs) with other health professionals under the NB Pharmacy Act, 2014 and Regulations.
To make managing these agreements easier, the College has introduced new addendum forms. These allow you to add or remove a pharmacist or practitioner from an existing CPA without having to complete and submit a new agreement.
This update helps reduce paperwork and keeps your CPA accurate and up to date. There is one form for pharmacists and one form for other practitioners. Both are now on the College website in the Collaborative Practice section.
