College introducing new regulatory management system

19 August 2022

The New Brunswick College of Pharmacists is preparing to implement a new regulatory management system (database) next month. Incorporating continuous improvement in everyday activities, as mentioned under Pillar One in the new Strategic Plan, applies to College operations as well as to the profession.

Due to the volume of information being ported over from the current system and to allow for a period of transition, a temporary interruption to some electronic processes will occur from August 31, 2022, to September 7, 2022. The following will not be available during that time:

  • Electronic forms (e.g., application forms, Change of Manager, Jurisprudence exam application form, etc.)
  • Online profile (e.g., viewing, accessing invoices or receipts; submitting or approving apprenticeship agreements electronically; and more)

The College website that includes guidance documents and legislation as well as the online roster of registered pharmacy professionals, pharmacies and wholesalers is not affected and are still accessible throughout this transition.

The College appreciates your patience during this time of transition and we look forward to sharing the enhanced registration and communications processes on September 7, 2022.
