The New Brunswick College of Pharmacists (the College) is the regulatory body for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians licensed to practice in the province. The College is dedicated to meeting the diverse healthcare needs of New Brunswickers and empowering pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to fully utilize their expertise and contribute to primary care solutions.

The College is seeking its next Registrar to lead the College and work closely with Council to chart its path forward.

As the ideal candidate, you’re a highly credible leader and pharmacist known for your strategic acumen, integrity, and commitment to excellence. Your background includes successfully leading high-performing teams in complex environments and collaborating with diverse partners, including Boards, associations, members, and government. With expertise in change management, you inspire others to embrace organizational shifts. You possess a deep understanding of broader healthcare trends and regulations, coupled with strong communication and critical thinking skills. The successful candidate must be eligible for licensure as a pharmacist in the Province of New Brunswick and the ability to communicate in both official languages would be considered an asset.

Operations Lead

Job Title: Operations Lead
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $60,000 to $65,000 annually
Location: On site in Moncton, N.B.
Closing Date: Position will remain open until filled.

We are currently seeking a dynamic, self-motivated professional to fill an Operations Lead role at the College. An important member of the College team, the Operations Lead oversees the day-to-day functioning of the office and supports the work of the College in the areas of communication, office administration and Council and committee work. This key role will routinely interact with office staff, the public, pharmacy professionals and other stakeholders. The role will appeal to someone with strong interpersonal skills who is also organized and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Operations Lead will be on site at the office located in Moncton, NB.
